Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Fire Control received a call from the kitten owner advising us that a small cat was 6m high in a conifer tree.
The kitten had recently undergone surgery and the owner had been liaising with the RSPCA prior to requesting Fire Service assistance.
Crews from Loughborough station tried to reach the cat using a 4.8 m ladder and reach pole, the kitten remained elusive for sometime but was eventually rescued and returned to its owner.
