Initial Information: INITIAL CALL TO REPORTS OF A PONY DOWN THE EMBANKMENT INTO THE RIVER.
PONY LOCATED BY CREWS IN ATTENDANCE, AWAITING ARRIVAL OF TECHNICAL RESCUE CREW.
TWO CREW MEMBERS HAVE ENTERED WATER WEARING WATER RESCUE GEAR TO ASSIST THE ANIMAL OUT OF THE RIVER USING WATER RESCUE AND TECHNICAL RESCUE EQUIPMENT.
Updated Incident Information: STOP AT 13:14 - HORSE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM WATER, TECHNICAL RESCUE UNIT CREW LIAISING WITH OWNER TO SAFELY RELOCATE THE HORSE, OWNER HAS REQUESTED A VET TO ATTEND. THIS INCIDENT IS IN LEICESTERSHIRE'S AREA.
