Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Multiple calls received to an articulated lorry involved in fire.
Crews requested the attendance of the Water Carrier.
All lanes on the Westbound and Eastbound carriageway closed.
Crews confirmed articulated lorry fully involved in fire. 2 main jets 2 hose reel jets and small gear in use.

Updated Incident Information: The fire has been extinguished, crews are continuing to damp down any hot spots using 1 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet. Recovery is now in attendance. Highways are in the process of opening the Eastbound carriageway.
