Initial Information: Calls received to a road traffic collision involving HGV on its side person trapped

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed 1 HGV on its side on the verge, no hazardous load being carried. Driver not trapped but unable to get out of cab
Fire crew removing front windscreen to assist driver out of the vehicle.
Highways Agency in attendance, Ambulance required as believed driver has a cracked rib.
STOP at 06:03: Driver now out of cab, Fire crew rendering first aid. Small fuel leak from diesel tank being stemmed and absorbent mats being placed on ground to soak up fuel.
