Believed Cause:

Initial Information: African Grey trapped in a tree approximately 25 metres high.
Bird is too high for a ladder, so the ALP requested to attend.
This is a recall bird and is not moving, and unable to ascertain if it is physically trapped.

Updated Incident Information: Owner and fire fighter ascended to bird in the aerial ladder platform, and unfortunately the bird then flew off.
