Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Female teenager made the emergency call to the Fire Service after being stuck in a baby swing seat for approximately 10 minutes.
Upon arrival crews confirmed that was stuck and proceeded to start to release the 15 year old using small gear, the feet of the main frame were removed but the child remained stuck in the seat. The teenager was then taken to her nearby address to complete the removal of the swing seat.

Public Statement Issued: We want everybody to have fun at the park but baby swing seats are designed for babies!
This incident has taken up emergency resources for some time and after there will be a removed swing seat that has to be replaced, at cost, it also leaves the park without a swing seat for a baby.
