Damage: Severe fire to kitchen, moderate fire damage to ground floor living room and smoke damage to ground and part of first floor

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander requested further fire engines as potentially persons were inside the building. Ambulance and Police requested to attend
Fire inside property, 3 storey property 8m x 20m, 1 main water jet, 2 hose reels and 4 breathing apparatus wearers extinguishing the fire. Utilities (Gas and electric) isolated by fire crews.
Occupants of house had evacuated before fire crews arrived and being checked over by Ambulance crew.
At 01:51hrs fire confirmed as extinguished and crews using positive ventilation fan to ventilate the property.
