Damage: 20% to kitchen area and smoke damage to property
Believed Cause: Accidental caused by chip pan left on hob
Initial Information: Called to a chip pan in kitchen involved in fire.
All persons were out of property
Fire service attended and rescued one dog from the property.
4 Breathing Apparatus and 2 Hose Reels in use to extinguish fire.
Crews also using a Positive Pressure Ventilation fan to assist in clearing smoke
