Believed Cause:

Initial Information: The Fire Service were called to attend a male casualty who had become unwell on scaffolding.
Although mobilised a the time of call the specialist rope rescue were stood down as the aerial ladder platform was got to work to affect the rescue of the casualty from the first floor of the scaffold.
Once the casualty was in the hands of the Ambulance Service and conveyed to Leicester Royal Infirmary via land ambulance, fire crews re established the scaffolding that had been removed to extricate the casualty.
