Initial Information: INITIAL CALL RECEIVED TO A HORSE STUCK IN STABLES.
CREWS ON SCENE CONFIRMED ONE HORSE WITHIN STABLE, UNABLE TO GET UP, HORSE IS CALM AND HAS BEEN ON THE FLOOR MOST OF THE NIGHT, VET IN ATTENDANCE.
TECHNICAL RESCUE CREW LIAISING WITH VET AND PLAN MADE TO LIFT BACK END OF HORSE TO HELP IT GET BACK ON ITS FEET, VET HAS SEDATED HORSE.

Updated Incident Information: PULLY SYSTEM AND STROPS NOW IN PLACE TO ATTEMPT TO LIFT THE HORSE - DUE TO HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS THIS PLAN HAS BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL, NEW PLAN BEING GOT TO WORK.
