Damage: 50% to extractor unit, 10% to ground floor and 10% to first floor by fire spread

Believed Cause: Accidental due to grease in extractor unit

Initial Information: Several calls reported to fire in Restaurant

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival incident confirmed as;
2 storey building consisting of ground and 1st floor, measuring apprx 25 M x 8 M
Building used as a restaurant, fire located on ground floor going into ceiling.
2 BA under rapid deployment, 1 hose reel jet and 1 covering jet in use,
cutting away of ceiling being carried out to check for fire spread.
Fire believed to have started in BBQ oven and then spread to extractor unit.
