Initial Information: Initial call from Police advising of a 2 vehicle Road Traffic Collision outside of Twycross Zoo.
Upon arrival this is a confirmed two vehicle RTC with one person trapped and being assessed by East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Police, Fire and Ambulance in attendance

Updated Incident Information: 14:33 - Driver from one vehicle has self extricated prior to the arrival of Fire Service and is currently being assessed by Ambulance. Roof removal of other vehicle has now been completed, driver is being extricated by Fire Service and is being transported to hospital for further assessments.

15:07 - Road will remain closed for Police to carry out investigations.
