Initial Information: Call received to as 3 vehicle RTC with 1 car smoking and 1 person trapped

Upon arrival confirmed 3 vehicle RTC with 1 person trapped and advising of back pain. Police in attendance providing traffic management.

Updated Incident Information: 17:12 Assistance message requesting a 2nd ambulance for 1 person suffering from shock. Two vehicles have been made safe. Only middle lane of the A46 is open and Highways are in attendance.

17:47: two vehicle have now been removed by recovery. Casualty that was trapped in vehicle has now walked out of vehicle after being assessed by ambulance service
