Damage: 1 bin destroyed by fire and severe smoke damage to the rubbish compound area

Believed Cause: Accidental

Initial Information: Call from a passerby reporting a fire on the ground floor of the flats believed in the wash room area

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed a fire in the rubbish compound of the flats, 1 water hose reel used to put the fire out.
Fire crews searched the common areas and flats checked.
Ambulance Service attended but were not required
