Believed Cause:

Initial Information: call received to a report of a 2 car RTC, with at least 1 person believed to be trapped.

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Fire crew have confirmed 2 vehicles are involved with a total of 2 persons trapped with an additional casualty out of the vehilce. Both vehicles are on all 4 wheels. East Midlands Ambulance service and Air Ambulance Doctor on scene assessing casualties. Cliff Hill Road has been closed and Police are in attendance.

Both casualties described as trapped were walked free from vehicles by Paramedics after assessment, 1 casualty was conveyed to Queens medical center, the 2nd casualty was conveyed to Leicester Royal infirmary. the 3rd casualty not trapped was assessed by paramedics and taken to Leicester Royal infirmary also.
