Initial Information: The initial call came from the Police, advising of a 2 car collision, with one potential person trapped and another car smoking.

Updated Incident Information: Road traffic collision involving 3 vehicles. One person trapped and extrication in progress.
Police and ambulance are in attendance.

One female casualty has been extricated from vehicle by the Fire Service and has been conveyed to hospital by land ambulance. Crews are in the process of making all of the vehicles safe. One other person, who self-extricated prior to the arrival of the Fire Service, is being conveyed to the Leicester Royal Infirmary.
