Initial Information: Initially called to a Road traffic Collision - 2 vehicles involved - 1 person trapped.

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival Fire Service confirmed Road Traffic Collision involving 2 vehicles - 3 persons trapped.
Extrication by Fire Service in progress.
3 x Ambulances requested.
20:14 - Assistance Message - make pumps 3 for personnel - 3rd appliance sent on from Birstall which was standing by at Melton.
20:34 - Informative Message - Fire Service continuing to extricate 3 persons who are trapped, a Doctor is in attendance and is carrying out triage to assess if any Ambulances can be stood down.
20:44 - Informative Message - Vehicles have come to rest on separate carriageways approximately 100 yards apart - extrication still in progress.
21:05 - Stop message - One female casualty from sector 1 taken to QMC by road ambulance. 2 casualties remain inside vehicle in sector 2. one has been fitted with extrication collar awaiting arrival of second ambulance.
