Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Initial call reported a two vehicle road traffic collision with one vehicle overturned on Anstey lane near the junction with Gorse Hill.
Upon arrival Crews confirmed that one car was on it's side and had left the carriageway, the driver was not trapped in the vehicle but had to be helped down by the Fire Service.
The vehicle was made safe and East Midlands Ambulance Service treated one male casualty for minor injuries at the scene.
The Police were in attendance and remained until a highways representative was able to deal with an unsafe lamppost.
