Initial Information: 13:20 - Incident involves 2 vehicles, both vehicles are upright and on all wheels. One is straddling a ditch. 2 casualties being assessed by ambulance service and 2 casualties being assessed by fire service . Holmatro cutting equipment being got to work. Extrication of one casualty taking place.
13:40 - 2 casualties being transferred to Leicester Royal Infirmary with minor injuries for precautionary checks. Male casualty with back pain being extricated from vehicle using holmatro cutting equipment and long board. 2 further casualties have no obvious injuries and are awaiting assessment from East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Updated Incident Information: Stop message - 14:01 - Male casualty has now been transferred to Leicester Royal Infirmary with minor injuries. All other casualties have been cleared to leave the scene by East Midlands Ambulance Service. Making vehicles safe and making up equipment
