Initial Information: 2 cars involved in an RTC, one of them was smoking and leaking fuel. Occupants of one vehicle have left the scene.

Updated Incident Information: No persons trapped. The driver of one vehicle was uninjured. An occupant of the second vehicle had absconded with injuries. Police and Fire Service were trying to locate the casualty.
