Initial Information: CALL RECEIVED TO A SINGLE VEHICLE INVOLVED IN RTC, VEHICLE HAD LEFT THE CARRIAGEWAY AND WAS ON THE EMBANKMENT, PERSON STILL INSIDE VEHICLE UNABLE TO GET OUT DUE TO STABILITY OF VEHICLE.
CREWS IN ATTENDANCE CONFIRMED ONE VEHICLE STUCK ON EMBANKMENT, 1 PERSON TRAPPED IN VEHICLE, NO INJURIES, TURFER AND STROPS IN USE TO SECURE VEHICLE.
STOP - ONE PERSON RELEASED FROM VEHICLE, VEHICLE BEING MADE SAFE.
