Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call received to reports of vehicle on its side leaking fuel.

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival incident was confirmed as tractor trailer carrying Manitou at 45 degree angle - Manitou leaking Diesel onto carriageway, Police in attendance. Fire Service formulating plan to right vehicle.
11:07 - Assistance Message received for recovery company. Small amount of Diesel has entered storm drain and has been stopped using enviromental grab pack.
11:42 - Highways agency requested to attend by Police to assess repairs to road and clean up. Cordon has been placed around incident for public and crew safety - awaiting arrival of recovery firm.
11:55 - Recovery firm now in attendance and plan being put into place to right trailer.
12:54 - STOP - Tractor vehicle has now been loaded onto low loader by recovery company, road is being cleaned and repaired by Highways, advice being given to owner of farm vehicle by Police.
