Initial Information: Call received from East Midlands Ambulance Service requesting assistance at a road traffic collision involving 2 HGVs where persons were trapped.
Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander confirmed 2 HGVs involved in road traffic collision, 1 HGV on its side and 1 HGV upright. 2 persons trapped.
Further 2 fire engines requested to assist
Police, EMAS and Helimed also on scene
2 casualties released from HGVs and conveyed to hospital.
