Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call from the Ambulance Service to a car which had crashed into a lamppost and then into a building. Smoke coming from the car.

Updated Incident Information: No persons trapped in the car. Occupants of the building have been evacuated. The Fire Service have cordoned off the area and are assessing the structure of the property.
