Initial Information: The emergency call came from East Midlands Ambulance Service requesting Fire Service assistance at a road traffic collision involving one vehicle with one person still in the vehicle. Fire Service crews confirmed that this incident involved two cars and the driver of one vehicle was being extricated by the the Fire Service. Police and Ambulance Service personnel were in attendance at the incident.

Updated Incident Information: One female casualty has been extricated from the vehicle by the Fire Service and is in the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service.
