Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Road Traffic Collision involving 2 vehicle was reported by East Midlands Ambulance Service, they had reports that a person was trapped in one vehicle.
Crews confirmed that one person was trapped and a full extrication was taking place using edraulics equipment. One hose reel jet also in use. Ambulance crews were administering trauma care to the patient, once extrication had taken place the casualty was placed on a long board and conveyed to Queens Medical via road ambulance.
