Believed Cause:

Initial Information: RTC involving 1 car into tree, 1 casualty trapped, attempts and plans being made to extricate casualty from vehicle.
1 casualty being extricated from vehicle by Fire Service using holmatro cutting equipment.
1 casualty extricated from vehicle and handed over to East Midlands Ambulance Service, plans being made to winch vehicle out of hedgerow, this is for scene and public safety.
Casualty has been conveyed to Leicester Royal Infirmary via land Ambulance. Attempts now being made to winch vehicle out of hedgerow for public safety.
STOP - casualty with believed minor injuries now conveyed to Leicester Royal Infirmary, vehicle now winched clear of hedgerow and handed to recovery service, all equipment made up and incident handed over to Police.
