Believed Cause: Accidental spread from adjacent controlled burn in metal brazier

Initial Information: Call to shed fire with bikes inside - caller believed that they may have it under control but we still mobilised

Updated Incident Information: Crew advised that 1 shed well alight in rear garden, 2 Breathing Apparatus and 1 HoseReel in use, hazards involve heat and smoke

Public Statement Issued: Even though the occupiers correctly used a brazier - with the dry conditions and the strong winds it caused sparks to spread and destroy the shed
Take EXTRA care when considering having a bonfire if conditions are dry and windy.
