Damage: 100% fire damage to shed, 3% fire damage to detached garage and 2% fire damage to two properties

Believed Cause: Accidental due to overheated external light fitting

Initial Information: Call received to garage involved in fire with vehicle still inside

Updated Incident Information: 1 large shed fully involved in fire behind garage, two properties evacuated and both properties checked for any fire damage
Shed fire extinguished and both properties had lofts checked with thermal image camera
Both properties fully checked for further damage, 2 drag forks and thermal image camera in use for turning over contents of shed
Stop confirmed damping down and turning over in progress. Advice being given to owners of both properties
