Damage: 100 percent to window and external damage to ground and first floor flats by fire
Believed Cause: Believed Deliberate ignition
Initial Information: Call received to fire outside flats. Crews confirmed Sofa and quantity of rubbish fully involved in fire outside the property, fire had broken the window and smoke has entered the flats, residents had evacuated prior to the arrival of the fire service and no residents were injured. One hose reel jet and one short extension ladder used. Fire now extinguished damping down and removal of debris taking place. Building was vented naturally.
