Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call from member of the public who had driven into flood water even though road was closed due to flooding. Vehicle broken down and driver stranded.

Updated Incident Information: Fire Service attended and used inflatable sled to rescue male van driver from flood water to safety of dry land.
Road closure signage remains in place.
