Damage: 100% damage by fire

Believed Cause: Accidental

Initial Information: Call received to a truck fire involving the body.
Crews advised one refuse truck involved in fire containing cardboard, 2 breathing apparatus working in the open and 2 hose reels in use.
Fire is contained to a sealed container. Onsite personnel and Fire Crews are currently using Oxy Acetylene to gain access to the container, Heat resistance gloves and dust masks are being used.
Breathing apparatus has been withdrawn and two hose reels are still in use.

Updated Incident Information: Containers has now been opened, Damping down is now in progress, 2 hose reels and 2 breathing apparatus working in the open now in use.
Damping down in progress and all breathing apparatus has been withdrawn.
Two hose reels and one positive pressure ventilation fan in use.
Fire now extinguished and making up of equipment.
