Believed Cause: Accidental due to a mechanical defect

Initial Information: Several calls from residents reporting a vehicle fire on a driveway

Updated Incident Information: Car fire on a driveway, 1 water hose reel and 2 fire fighters wearing breathing apparatus for comfort extinguishing the flames. Crew using electronic spreaders to open the bonnet.
Slight smoke entering the property.
Fire extinguished by fire crew, property being ventilated naturally.
Damping down of the engine compartment using a water hose reel, Thermal Image camera being used to check for hot spots
