Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Call received from the Police to a car that had been driven into a canal with the driver still in the vehicle.

Updated Incident Information: An elderly lady was rescued by the Fire Service using a short extension ladder. She was left in the care of a nearby medical centre. The incident was handed over to the Police.
