Initial Information: Call received from a driver who has driven into flood water with water up to the top of the wheels. Driver unable to leave the vehicle due to the depth and flow of the water
Updated Incident Information: One car in the water with one person inside of car.
Technical Rescue personnel committed to water using an Inflatable sled.
STOP: 1 male rescued from vehicle by Water Rescue Team and led to safety using Inflatable Sled.
