Initial Information: Call received to a van stuck in ford, upon arrival crews located van stuck inside flood water, technical rescue crews entered water to facilitate rescue of driver located in cab of van.

Updated Incident Information: UPDATE: Driver of vehicle walked to side of road by Technical Rescue crews.

Public Statement Issued: NEVER drive into flood water. Even a small amount of flood water can cause drivers to lose control of their vehicles. The Fire Service will not recover your vehicle from flood water. #rescuesnotrecovery
