14. Resolution to exclude the public:
The CFA is asked to exclude the public for consideration of the following item which is exempt under Part 1, paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 on the grounds that the information in the report relates to an individual. In accordance with Part 2, paragraph 10 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 the public interest in the report remaining confidential outweighs the public interest in disclosure because of the duty of confidence owed to the individual concerned.
