After the Incident

How Did We Do?

After an emergency incident we sometimes ask service users to provide feedback about their experiences. We use the feedback provided to evidence how well we keep people and places safe, and to consider how we can continue to provide a service which meets the needs of the communities we serve.

If you have received a feedback card, please click on the button below to give us your feedback. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and covers all aspects of an incident, from the initial phone call to our Control room and to the Firefighters who dealt with the incident.

Your feedback may just help someone else in the future.

Call Handling Ring Back

During the feedback survey, there is a further opportunity to receive a ring back from our Control room (call handling) staff. This is to provide specific feedback about your experience of speaking to our Control room staff. The whole process takes about 5-10 minutes and helps us to consider how we can improve call taking. If you can, please consider providing some feedback.
