The strategic direction of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service is agreed by the Combined Fire Authority (CFA). The CFA meets up to five times a year.

The CFA also operates two committees, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Employment Committee. Their papers and minutes can also be accessed via the CFA meetings list or archive in the side bar. Details of their delegated powers along with all of the information around conduct and operation of the CFA and its members are provided in the Constitution.
