Fair Processing Notice Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) is the Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 2018. We need your name, home address/business address, email address, telephone contact details and information relating to the circumstances of the CCTV footage for us to process your request and relevant communication with you. The data will be held securely and retained in accordance with our personal data retention/disposal schedule this will usually be for 3 years.
