Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Numerous calls received to a property involved in fire. Upon arrival this was a confirmed fire with one building well alight. Incident has been sectorised. 5 x Main Jets and 2 Breathing Apparatus working in the open in use. The main road through town has been closed by Police and Fire.
Gas and Electric requested to isolate.

Updated Incident Information: 12:51: An assistance message was received to Make Pumps 6 and ALP's x 1
13:45: 4 Breathing Apparatus under stage one in use
14:08: All persons accounted for. 4 x BA under stage one and Turn Table Ladder in use. One casualty suffering from smoke inhalation.
14:38: Breathing Apparatus have been withdrawn. 2 x Main Jets, 1 x HR Jet and Turn Table Ladder still in use. Cadent and ambulance now in attendance.
15:53: Incident has now been scaled down to 3 x appliances and the Turn Table Ladder. Damping down is in progress. Building Inspector has deemed property unsafe and premise has been cordoned off.
16:50: Incident remains sectorised and Gas and Electricity are devising a plan to isolate services.
