Initial Information: Call received from owner of Horse - horse trapped in muddy bog up to its chest.

Updated Incident Information: Incident confirmed as 1 Horse stuck in ditch which is partially submerged in water. Fire Service currently liaising with owner and farmer - awaiting arrival of Vet.

14:15 - Vet now in attendance and assessing the Horse, Fire Service Technical Rescue have formulated a plan to rescue the horse, all equipment is being carried from appliances to scene of operations.

14:47 - STOP - Horse has now been released by Fire Service using strops, Horse appears fit and well having been assessed by the Vet. Handover given to owner and all Fire Service equipment being made up.
