Believed Cause:

Initial Information: Several calls received to reports of a property fire. 2 x appliances mobilised.

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival an assistance message was received for a 3rd appliance to attend.
Incident confirmed as 1 x semi detached property involved in fire used as a domestic dwelling, measuring 7 metres x 9 metres. 1 st floor well alight, 4 Breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel in use and 1 main jet laid out, 1 male casualty suffering burns receiving treatment from East Midlands Ambulance Service who are in attendance.
05:25 - Informative Message - Fire now extinguished, 2 x Positive Pressure Ventilation Fans in use. 2 Breathing Apparatus and 1 Hose Reel Jet in use for cooling.
05:31 - Informative Message - 2 x adult occupants conveyed to hospital suffering burns and smoke inhalation.
06:07 - STOP - 1st floor of semi detached house involved in fire, fire now extinguished and property ventilated, all services have been isolated, turning over and damping down in progress. 1 hose reel jet in use, breathing apparatus withdrawn.
