Initial Information: Call received from the Police reporting a road traffic collision involving one vehicle and one person trapped.

Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival, crews confirmed this was a two vehicle road traffic collision with one female trapped. Extrication took place and female casualty being conveyed to Queens Medical Centre by land ambulance.

Further male casualty also complaining of neck pain assessed by EMAS who confirmed that he does not require further medical attention.

Wymeswold Road closed in both directions. Handover taking place and Police will arrange recovery of the vehicle.

EMAS and Police also in attendance.
