Damage: Fire damage to Television and cabinet on ground floor, severe smoke to remainder of property.

Believed Cause: Accidental due to electrical fault in Television.

Initial Information: Neighbour reporting smoke seen from upstairs bedroom.

Updated Incident Information: On arrival Incident Commander requested further appliances as it was believed persons may have been inside the house.
Fire located in ground floor lounge, extinguished using two breathing apparatus and two hose reels.
There were no persons in the house.
