The strategic direction of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service is agreed by the Combined Fire Authority (CFA). The CFA meets up to five times a year.

The CFA also operates two committees, the Corporate Governance Committee and the Employment Committee. Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Corporate Governance Committee Meeting was cancelled due to the period of national mourning following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The next meeting of the Corporate Governance Committee will be held on

Wednesday 23 November 2022 at 2.00pm at Leicestershire Fire and Rescue

Service Headquarters, 12 Geoff Monk Way, Birstall.
