Initial Information: Call received to reports of a bin involved in fire at front of property, further calls suggested building was being affected - 2 pumps were mobilised.
Fire now out and cause under investigation.
Updated Incident Information: Bin fire outside spread to building, access gained to check for fire spread. 1HRJ and 2 BA used as well as 2 x Positive Pressure Ventilation fans for ventilating property. Bin fire caused gas leak. Cadent attended and capped gas in the street.
