Believed Cause: Accidental by contractors' hot works torch
Initial Information: Call received to a fire in the cavity wall and loft space of an extension. 2 appliances were initially sent.
Updated Incident Information: Upon arrival crews requested a third appliance for personnel. 2 breathing apparatus were deployed with a covering jet, thermal image camera and short extension ladder.
