Initial Information: Call from EMAS at nearby address stating they could see smoke issuing from kitchen of property.
Updated Incident Information: Treated as persons reported. Upon arrival incident confirmed as smoke issuing from front door of property. Kitchen involved in fire, 4 Breathing Apparatus, 2 hose reel jets in use.
21:50 - Informative Message - fire in kitchen located at rear of property, fire extinguished and Breathing Apparatus withdrawn, Positive Pressure Ventilation fan in use for ventilation, all persons now accounted for, 1 male removed from property by EMAS prior to Fire Service arrival. Fire, EMAS and Police all in attendance.
